Quality, reliability and continuous improvement are fundamental principles of IGM TRADE's production and customer service.

In parallel to our other investments we made strong efforts to improve the company's organizational and production procedures. We focus continuously on improving the production process, which results in improved quality of our products.

Today the company's operations are based on the world recognized standards for manufacturing and quality ISO 9001:2015, with CE mark conformity for all our products.

The main intention is all partners to be efficiently served by all our departments and to receive products with standardized quality in the shortest period of time.

As a result of our constant efforts to achieve higher standards in the implementation of our quality policy and the application of the standard ISO 9001:2015, the company established an in-house laboratory equipped with modern testing equipment.

The tests made in the laboratory are assurance that the customer will receive a high-quality product in accordance with the CE mark.
