Production
The main activity of IGM trade d.o.o. is the production of welded steel pipes and profiles (hollow sections). The process of cold-forming is used to shape steel strip into pipe of different cross-section.
Hot-rolled and cold-rolled coils are used as primary raw materials in production. Our product range also includes flat products processed from coils such as sheets and slitted strip.
Production takes place under the world recognized standards for manufacturing and quality ISO 9001:2015.
Product Range
- Round pipes from Ø 16 mm up to Ø 323.9 mm with wall thickness up to 10.0 mm.
- Square hollow sections from 13 × 13 mm up to 260 × 260 mm, with wall thickness up to 10.0 mm.
- Rectangular hollow sections from 30 × 10 mm up to 300 × 200 mm, with wall thickness up to 10.0 mm.
- Pressure tested pipes from Ø 21.3 mm up to Ø 88.9 mm.
- Special cross-section ZP profiles for window and door frames.
- Oval and semi-oval pipes.
Standard Lengths
All pipes and profiles are produced in standard lengths of 6 and 12 meters. Special lengths from 4–15 meters can be produced according to customer requirements.
Dimensional Standards
The weight of the profiles and dimensional tolerances are defined according to EN 10219-1/2:2006.
All products of IGM-Trade are suitable for hot-dip galvanizing.
