PRODUCTION of IGM TRADE

Main activity of IGM-Trade is production of welded steel pipes and profiles. The profile of the pipes is achieved through the process of cold forming, beginning from the primary materials: cold rolled and hot rolled steel strip. Our production program also includes flats – steel strips coming in sheets, as well as hot and cold rolled steel sheets from coils.

The production range of IGM-Trade includes the following dimensions of welded steel pipes and profiles:

Round pipes from 3/8” up to 6” with thickness up to 6.0 mm
Square hollow sections from 13x13 up to 250x250, with thickness up to 10.0 mm
Rectangular hollow sections from 30x10 up to 300x200, with thickness up to 10.0 mm
Pressure tested pipes from 3/8” up to 3 ”
Special cross-section profiles
Oval and semi-oval pipes

The production process is based under the world recognized standards for manufacturing and quality ISO 9001:2000.

The weight of the profiles and the tolerances are defined according following standards:

EN 10219-2 and EN 10305-5 and EN 10255 for pressure tested pipes.

Length: all pipes and profiles are produced in standard length of 6m and 12m, but with agreement with the client we can make special length form 4-15m
